Ember and Blade Demo Update Roadmap for 2026

In continuation of our last announcement, we’re excited to share our structured demo update plan for the next three months.
From February through April, Ember and Blade will receive monthly updates focused on improving core systems, combat feel, and early-game clarity.
Each phase builds toward a stronger, more complete version of the game ahead of our 2026 release.
Here’s what you can expect:
Phase 1 – February

These updates focus on clarity, progression depth, and combat responsiveness. Several core systems are being rebuilt, not patched, to better support long-term build variety and run identity.
We’ll continue sharing detailed patch notes with each release and the first update of the Ember and Blade demo update will take place on February 24th, 2026.
